Attention! Attention! This is your first support goal notification!

Chances are you have started the process of raising support. If not, that should become your number one priority on the To-Do List. To help you stay focused, and not overwhelmed, with the process of raising the funds for your trip, we will be communicating regularly about goals and deadlines for your support account. We will also be giving you suggestions, ideas, and encouragement to help you along the way.

These goals are a guideline to help you, but you should push to stay as close to the goal as possible. All monies raised by participants to go on trips are used to offset the costs of the trips. Therefore, a shortfall in your support raising would create a financial burden that AIM is not able to bear. Therefore, we will look at your progress, according to these goals, to see that you will reach 100% of your trip cost. Unfortunately, we must have consequences if you fall behind the goal marks. Your handbook details the entire process, but ultimately, if you are behind the goals you will not be allowed to participate and your funds will be disbursed into other ministry costs for good Kingdom use, but not refunded.

Are you feeling discouraged right now? Let’s shake that off! God is a great Provider and we are excited to walk this road of faith and obedience alongside you. We are for you and are here to help through the entire process because we want to send each and every one of you into the nations to be a part of building God’s Kingdom around the world!

And now it’s time for your first support notice…

20% of your trip cost is due in one week:

This amount is:

AMB – $900

RL – $900

FYM – $1400

CL – $1400

WR – $2500

Are you ready to meet this deadline? If not, take a deep breath. We are here to help. Feel free to call us in the office any time and we’ll help you through the steps. Know that we are praying for you and are here to help!

One response to “20% Funds Due In One Week”

  1. So how long do we have before the money gets disbursed. And I’m assuming you wil let us know before that happens so that we can dig ourselves out of it. Just curious because I want to stay on top of things.
