hmmmmm, tough one. Well I had some spectacular mexican food today, and some yucky chinese food on Sunday so for now…mexican! But I’m in favor of both…so chexican then! And yes there are resturants out there! :o)

however as I found out from my culinary adventures on the food network, online and in my kitchen… what most Canadians think of Mexican and Chinese food is very warped from what those food are in their respective countries. so if any of you have traditional recipes i’m so excited to learn them!
