In just about 2 weeks ALL of your paperwork needs to be turned in!!! We need to process it in the office and we need time to do that before you leave for your trip. You CANNOT bring the paperwork with you to training camp and expect for it to be processed before you leave!! Please get that into us as soon as you can!!!
Here is the paperwork that needs to be turned in:
Copy of Passport: If not already turned in
Medical Release: This needs to have a Doctors Signature
Participants Release: This needs to be notarized
Shot Record: This MUST be on the form we have provided
Proof of Insurance: Copy the front and back of your Insurance Card

Dear AIM Staff,
I would like to know if there is specific clothing requirements for the guys, and will they be able to do laundry, and how often so not to overpack? Should they bring only a debit card for anything to purchase on this trip or any cash?
